Assembly STL takes a building stewardship approach to community development, focused on bringing to life vital properties that rebuild the social infrastructure of our community. In making thoughtful, higher quality improvements, we hope to further speed up the inevitable renaissance of St. Louis.

Our properties are all within the St. Louis city limits. They include everything from residential apartments to creative spaces for you to operate your business. We typically take on abandoned or neglected properties and rehab and stabilize them in order to provide a safer, more vibrant place to live and work.

At the turn of the 20th century, St. Louis experienced massive growth and during the 1904 World’s Fair, the city served as the central place for global thought, technology, and diversity. The unofficial slogan at this time was “Nothing Impossible,” and it is with that mindset. that we approach new projects and the future of St. Louis.
