  • Cats and small dogs (25 lbs and under) are allowed at most of our apartments with a $25/month pet fee. For a specific space, please reach out directly.

  • All of our spaces are non-smoking.

  • For residential spaces, we require a 12-month lease agreement. For commercial, it is a case-by-case basis.

  • We will know of future availabilities roughly 30-60 days out and are able to hold vacant units for up to 2-4 weeks depending on demand.

  • The utilities cost depends on each space and on each tenant based on their usage. We recommend reaching out to Ameren Electric or Spire Gas and asking them for the historical monthly average of the space you are interested to get a rough idea.

  • The security deposit is equal to one or two month’s rent depending on credit history and other variables.
